Renton Remote Student Help Desk Support (Staff/Students/Families)

To request technical support for district issued devices, families can create a Renton Remote Help Desk Ticket. This will allow us to assign issues to one of our technicians to troubleshoot and arrange for a Chromebook swap when necessary. This ticketing system is accessible from a mobile device. If families are unable to submit a ticket, they may call 425-204-HELP (4357).

 

Families can also access this help link through the Technology for Student Learning  webpage, which includes helpful information for device management. 

  • Go to Tech Support - Grades K-5.
  • Select Renton Remote School from the list of schools on the right side of the page.

RSD Internet Support Request (Staff/Students/Families)

Families that do not have internet access at home and require a hotspot may apply for one using the RSD Internet Support Request form. This form is accessible from a mobile device. If families are unable to complete this form, staff may complete it on their behalf.
